Delivery Information:

Delivery costs are determined by the total weight and/or volume of the items per order. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our standard delivery courier prices (which include packaging) relate to UK mainland only. Please email us for delivery costs to Highlands and Islands.

Delivery of the products shall be made by the Seller to the Buyer to the address specified at the time the order is placed. Orders will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of the order being placed unless the Buyer is advised otherwise.

The Seller shall use his reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.

In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.

Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully saleable condition. Returns should be made within a re-saleable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Delivery charges are not refundable. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will pay the cost of returning it to us.

Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products unless it is found to be faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Cancellation of Order

If you cancel your order, we will refund your payment less a cancellation fee of 5% of the full selling price to cover administration costs.
